THE AQUABATS SUPER SHOW Cancelled; Due for return on new network?

In an attempt to "rebrand" their network, The Hub cancelled Aquabats. Is it safe to start calling The Hub "The Dying Fad Network"?

This is The Aquabats Super Show.. No more? Just recently The Hub released a statement confirming they will not renew Aquabats in favor of rebranding their network. However, at SDCC, Christian Jacobs talks about the future of the show from here. On coming to new networks he had to say: It took us almost 15 years to get that TV series made. And even though we've got a bunch more concert dates lined up for the rest of this year, our first priority is to find a new home for The Aquabats! Super Show!,".  Could this mean we may see The Aquabats Super Show reappear on Netflix or even [adultswim]? Only time will tell. Another possibility is the independent production of the show as the band members saved as many props as they could prior to cancellation. Only time will tell with a show like this. Be sure to look out for future news on the show!

Based on the superhero mythology of The Aquabats, a real-life comedy rock band which series co-creator and lead singer Jacobs formed in 1994, The Aquabats! Super Show! follows the comic adventures of a fictionalized version of the band, a musical group of amateur superheroes, as they haphazardly defend the world from a variety of villains and monsters. Styled similarly to the campy aesthetics of 1960s and 1970s children's television and Japanese tokusatsu, Super Show! utilizes various mediums of visual styles and special effects, mixing live-action storylines with cartoon shorts, parody advertisements and musical interludes.

THE AQUABATS SUPER SHOW Will return soon?

Lot of speculation and wish for return, and that can be said of most cancelled shows with a cult following.
