Trailer For SHERLOCK S3E2 "The Sign Of Three"

Trailer For SHERLOCK S3E2 "The Sign Of Three"

The BBC series returned to British tv screens tonight with a typically excellent ep..though some may be disappointed that we didn't get a proper explanation as to how Mr. Holmes faked his death! Anyway, here's a promo for the next episode, which will see John and Mary tie the knot.

i need to see the episode again but what i got ,i really enjoyed, the dialogue was great, the performances were as always top notch , i like how sherlock survived the fall(or is it true....hmm) and the new villain looks very creppy and interesting

It was great!
So clever, smart & fun episode!

Bt I need to see again cuz there was so much, & we just got 2 (or 3) possible reasons on HOW he faked it... Almost ten to go!!

the episode was meta, we will never know how Sherlock survived. Thats why he made the comment about critics, its how we will bitch if it didnt turn out the way we wanted.

The book "Sign of Four" is where John and Mary meet for the first time and get married - well, they're engaged at the end and married already in the next book... really bad writing there.

The second episode was actually the majority of Sign of Four, only it used a traveling circus rather than a pygmy, and had little connection to John's girlfriend. I haven't read past halfway into the Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, so I've no idea what this episode is loosely based off of, but cool beans.

But they dont say how Sherlock survived? That was one of the things I was looking most forward to?

Loved the episode. I believe the story he told Anderson was the truth, since I can't think of a more plausible scenario.

Trailer's alright, though Sherlock seems to be acting more like the Doctor than Sherlock.

"Everyone's a critic!" a little nod to all the crazy fan theories floating around online the last 2 years. Brilliant television!

This episode reminded of V for Vendetta. Is V the villain of this season? lol

Just finished watching it, absolutely brilliant episode. I doubt there will ever be an "official" explanation but the story he told Anderson is probably the most likeliest. I'm totally fine either way, this episode more than made up for the 2 year wait! This season's going to be incredible
