ALIEN: COVENANT Gets An Incredible New Poster Which Puts The Xenomorphs On Top
We're used to disappointing movie posters thrown together by Photoshop amateurs, but this latest effort for Alien: Covenant is a cut above the rest and a truly stunning/horrifying piece of imagery.
20th Century Fox has released a brand new poster for Alien: Covenant, and it's downright incredible. Given recent comments from director Sir Ridley Scott, it's best not to think too much about where this movie fits into things chronologically, but with imagery like this, here's hoping we're in for something special. The signs are certainly pointing to this delivering in terms of Xenomorph action, that's for sure.
A brief synopsis for the highly anticipated movie was also revealed last year, and it teases: "Bound for a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy, the crew of the colony ship Covenant discovers what they think is an uncharted paradise, but is actually a dark, dangerous world — whose sole inhabitant is the ‘synthetic’ David (Michael Fassbender), survivor of the doomed Prometheus expedition."
The cast of Alien: Covenant also includes Katherine Waterston, Danny McBride, Demián Bichir, Billy Crudup, Noomi Rapace, and Guy Pearce, and as you can see below, it will be released on May 19th.
