The fan site Prometheus News posted its own trailer breakdown on December 27, and it's SUPER detailed.
But, before I go further... there are SLIGHT SPOILERS to be found if you follow the link below the breakdown's source. The scoopers at Prometheus News included leaked footage in their analysis, which may reveal more detail about the film than you want at this point.
Here are a few of some of the shots that were emphasized:
The character Shaw, played by Noomi Rapace, backing out of somewhere in a vehicle, presumably, channeling her inner take-charge Ripley.
The trailer "money shot," or rather, the famous Space Jockey chair scene. If you visit Prometheus News, you'll notice one striking nugget of information about the alien race that uses it... with visuals.
