Right of the bat, I am a HUGE fan of Denis Villeneuve. He's a director I believe that will become a Martin Scorsese or Christopher Nolan. In which a film of his comes out and flocks of people will head out to see because this is a proven talent for the cinematic arts. Prisoners , Enemy, & Sicario are must watch for Film Students for the perfect use of Themes, Character Progression, & Slow Crafted Story Telling.
However! Arrival in my opinion will be a film of his I may never watch again. Amy Adams (Man of Steel), Jeremy Renner (Civil War) & Forest Whitaker (Rogue One). Acting talent is not an issue for the film. My main issue with the film stems from it’s twist! I’m aware I might be alone on this one. Click Below To Watch My Full Review! (Spoiler-Free)
