Bryan Cranston Doesn't Like Working With GODZILLA

According to Bryan Cranston, it is really hard working with Godzilla on set because of his star power making the monster think it is okay to act like “a total jerk.” Check it out after the jump...

In a pretty humorous interview between Fandango and Breaking Bad's Bryan Cranston, they have a great discussion about getting to work with Godzilla on the set of his latest film. Obviously Godzilla doesn't actually exist (duh) but it's still funny to imagine the legendary monster as a famous Hollywood actor. “I’ll just be honest with you. I don’t like him,” jokes Cranston when asked what it is like working with Godzilla. “Because of his size and because of his star power he thought he could bully everybody and wouldn’t come out of his trailer and demanded all kinds of specialty foods, like live goats and things like that. I didn’t care for him at all. I thought he was a jerk. A total jerk.” When the interviewer tells Cranston how Godzilla won't return his calls, he replies, “It proves my point. But I must say, to be fair, once he steps on the set and acts, you see why it works.” He also was asked to share his thoughts on the fact that they called the movie 'Godzilla' instead of 'Bryan'. He says: “There was some discussion, primarily just by me, but I thought and hoped that they might consider to name it after my character Joe. But they thought Joe wasn't as frightening as the word Godzilla.” Also in the video interview, they were interrupted by 'Godzilla' finally returning the interviewers phone call. You can watch that, along with the rest of the video, below.

After Roland Emmerich's movie, I'm wouldn't be surprised if Godzilla has become a raging asshole.

Heh, Bryan Cranston is awesome. I saw Godzilla a couple days ago, and Bryan was great in it. The movie was pretty good too. Needed more Godzilla though.
