Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes is set to begin filming this spring in Louisiana, and the official Facebook page for the movie just posted the following image..



We've reached out to Fox for confirmation, so we'll have to wait and see. I think it's a pretty cool way to promote the sequel - which will deal with the continuing evolution of the apes and the weakening human race - anyway. What about you guys?

UPDATE: Apparently this is fake, has nothing to do with the movie at all and is actually artist Albert Watson's 'Monkey With A Gun'

Rupert Wyatt Matt Reeves will direct Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes, which will be released May 23rd, 2014.
