According to Deadline, 20th Century Fox are closing a deal to acquire the film rights for Theory Of Everything, a sci-fi action thriller which was previously published as a one-off comic book by Top Cow. Dan Casey, who created the idea with Nick Nantell and then wrote the comic to flesh out the concept, will pen the screenplay, while Nantell will serve as co-producer. The film will also be produced by Dan Jinks (American Beauty), with Top Cow's Matt Hawkins and Marc Silvestri signed on as executive producers. Theory Of Everything follows a disgraced scientist as he seeks to rescue his wife from a parallel dimension — a woman who was previously assumed dead.
