InstigatorGIRL uncovers Supernatural Season 5 Spoilers!

It seems like there hasn't been any Supernatural news here and, though some of you may not, I know there are many who enjoy the show (like me). Since Supernatural has a comic book series currently out, it definitely makes the CBM cut!

Supernatural is now in it's 5th (and possibly last) season. I have found some spoilers for the next few episodes. So for any of you fellow Supernatural fans, enjoy!

Episode 5.08: Changing Channels (fka "Are You There God? It's Me, Sam Winchester.")
Airdate: November 5, 2009

10/18 - When Sam and Dean find themselves living their lives on what appear to be TV shows, it makes for a whole new style of reality television and they wonder if the Trickster (guest star Richard Speight, Jr.) is to blame. From a sitcom to a soapy hospital drama to a Japanese game show to a crime procedural, each new experience they encounter is more bizarre than the next and they want out. But is the Trickster really the mastermind behind the madness? Also starring Misha Collins as Castiel. Source: The CW
10/04 - Ever wonder what Supernatural would look like as a sitcom? You'll find out in episode 8. Laugh track and all. Source: The Ausiello Files

Episode 5.09: The Real Ghostbusters
Airdate: November 12, 2009

11/01 - Super fan Becky (guest star Emily Perkins) uses Chuck's (guest star Chuck Benedict) phone to trick Sam and Dean into attending a Supernatural fan convention, complete with fans dressed up as Sam and Dean. One of the activities is a live action role playing game, but things quickly turn sour after a real ghost appears on the scene. Source: The CW
10/11 - An upcoming episode, Sam and Dean are going to a Supernatural fan convention. Source: Kristin on E!Online
09/27 - Demian: 20s-30s: This short, chubby, sweet young man is a copier repairman with a surprisingly heroic streak lurking just underneath his dweeby exterior - he also has a gentleness and sensitive side lying beneath as well. Barnes: 20s-30s: Demian's pal, he's a very tall, skinny, nerdy stereo salesman who has unexpectedly heroic aspirations. He also has a courageous streaks, as well as a gentle and sensitive side under his unprepossessing exterior. Source: SpoilerTV

Episode 5.10: Abandon All Hope
Airdate: November 19, 2009

10/24 - Sam, Dean and Castiel track down the Colt and head off to find Lucifer to send him back to Hell. It's a hunters' reunion when the crew joins forces with Bobby, Ellen (guest star Samantha Ferris) and Jo (guest star Alona Tal) for what could be their last night on Earth. Source: The CW
10/24 - In the November 19 episode of the CW sci-fi series, [Misha Collins'] character, Castiel, an angel of the Lord, will come face-to-face with you-know-who. "I'm on a very important recon mission in Missouri when Lucifer (Mark Pellegrino) captures and interrogates me by trapping me in a burning ring of fire using holy oil," says Misha. "It's our first head-to-head." Or halo-to-horn. Source: Keck's Exclusives
10/11 - A Supernatural source has confirmed that the ubiquitous and talented Mark Sheppard will play a "pivotal" crossroads demon named Crowley in Episode 10 of the season. The episode is called "Abandon All Hope...," and it was written by Ben Edlund and will be directed by Phil Sgriccia. It's the final Supernatural episode of 2009 . The episode is "epic" and will "definitely ... have the fans on the edge of their seats going into the holiday 'hellatus,'" my source said. Source: Chicago Tribune
10/04 - Crowly: 40's or 50's male Demon - he is bit more urbane and sophisticated than what we've seen up to this point. He wears a suit, drinks fine wines, still pretty cruel and decadent, though. Please submit all ethnicities. Recurring guest star. Source: SpoilerTV

Episode 5.11: Sam, Interrupted
Airdate: January 2010

10/18 - Martin Creaser: A weathered man in his late 40s-mid 50s, this twitchy, anxious ball of nerves is a former hunter who has ended up in a psych ward, where strange happenings are afoot. Any ethnicity. Dr. Erica Fletcher: A beautiful, smart, credible psychiatrist in her 30s with a sweetly sympathetic manner who seems to understand Dean's conflict and pains. Any ethnicity. Source: SpoilerTV

Episode 5.12: Swap Meat
Airdate: January 2010

11/01 - Sam and Dean switch bodies in episode 12! Source: The Ausiello Files
11/01 - Gary: 17 years old (would prefer 18 and overs), puny, gawky, bespectacled, smart and geek (think "McLovin" from "Superbad"), he's a naive, amateur Satanist who works at a fast food joint and longs to break free from his wealthy, stifling parents. He's granted one of his wishes, and starts to live the life he's always wanted. Nora: 16 years old (would prefer 18 and over), she is a cute, smart, alternative girl (in the vein of Thora Birch in "American Beauty") who is a naive, conflicted high school student, she's an amateur Satanist, she's not really interested in hurting anyone; she's mostly going along with Gary and Trevor's plot because she has a crush on Gary. Nora's follower-type nature is squelched when she becomes possessed by a dark force. Please submit all ethnicities. Source: SpoilerTV

General Spoilers:

10/24 - Anna will definitely be back. Source: Kristin on E!Online
10/18 - Two fan favorites are going to die this season, and in the same episode, Sam and Dean fight Lucifer. Source: Kristin on E!Online

Excellent InstigatorGIRL!!!!! Its great to see some Supernatural news on CBM and these spoilers have me super excited for the rest of the season! I hope Castiel isnt one of the characters they're planning on killing off..!
InstigatorGIRL
InstigatorGIRL - 11/1/2009, 4:52 PM
Me either! I love Castiel. I also love Bobby so as long as they live I will be excited for more episodes!

@josh. If you like Misha Collins check out a movie called Karla. It kinda crappy but its one of his first roles and he's kinda disturbing in it. Worth renting.

Me neither. Castiel better not die.

Though maybe it'll be Sam and Dean. Jared and Jensen have said that the characters should die, and I think it would be a fitting end, they defeat Lucifer, who, let's face it, is the biggest threat they could possibly face, but it costs them their lives as well.

@grif. Meow... ;)
@Multi. Thank you. You basically covered everything I was going to say to TNT ^_^
@Gunsmith. Its not a for sure thing that its the last season. Jensen and Jared have been signed on for 6 seasons but Kripke says he's unsure if he wants to take it past the original five. And as much as I love the show Kripke makes a valid point. "What more can you do after fighting Lucifer, the greatest evil of them all." He set up a five season story and he's not going to pull a Smallville and extend this season's storyline to make a sixth season. Which I totally understand and respect.

I do agree that the show should end at Season 5. You can't go past the Apocalypse and not have the following season feel like a bit of a let-down. Also, it seems like the whole storyline is coming full circle with this season, which makes me feel like it should be the end.

thegamedrex - 11/1/2009, 8:50 PM

@Gunsmith-Azazeal has already been on the show, he's not a fallen angel, he's a demon, the yellow-eyed-demon to be exact (and yes, for those who don't know, there is a difference between a fallen angel and a demon on supernatural...)

@ thegamedrex-it's as if you didn't take a breath through that whole statement...

@Contrast. Yeah that was Yellow eyes' name huh? I always forget.
@Gtrman yes worth the watch. I enjoy it. Especially since Castiel has come one.

This show is way to good to be cancelled. And the freaking music they listen to is great.

JoshWilding - 11/2/2009, 2:25 AM
InstigatorGIRL: I believe that Yellow eyes was called Azazel! Thanks for the Misha Collins movie tip! He's a great actor and would make an excellent Daredevil in my opinion! :)

TYLER: I agree with you that this should probably be the last season and lets face it - if this is the last one it frees up Jensen Ackles for a certain role that he's meant to play..! ;)

Maybe he means Azrael? The Archangel of Death.
Anywho, this is one of the greatest shows out there. Thanks for the update InstagatorGirl.

lc: Does LEE actually watch Supernatural as well? I have a feeling that he's a secret fan of the show, lol! ;)

SirPrize: Yeah, I enjoy pretty much every episode of the show but you're right it does feel sometimes that they go a little off track...still, with hilarious episodes like "The Curious Case of Dean Winchester" thats maybe not always a bad thing!

MsKyle08: Gald you've kept the avatar! :D

Shaman: If you get chance, head over to fan fic and check out my Young Avengers and New Warriors casting! I'd like to know what you think! Good to see that drawing again (anymore planned?) - Ackles for Cap!

teabag: Any idea when its on in the UK? I've already seen 6 episodes online so its crazy if we're that far behind when its on in the US!

@DarthKyrat. Yes I definately recommend it. I love the show. In fact I say it WAY better than Heroes, and I like Heroes, but I am getting on the same boat as everyone now on Heroes. Anyways. Yes I love all the characters. Jeffrey Dean Morgan (the Comedian) played their father in the show and I miss him. lol. But yes like others said above it does steer off the storyline sometimes but the episodes are still very enjoyable. Each episode will definately make you laugh. Some episodes have made me cry and others will have you cheering on the boys! I think the first season had THE BEST season finale cliffhanger. lol. Anyone else agree?
InstigatorGIRL
InstigatorGIRL - 11/2/2009, 10:42 AM
The show does a great job of blending comedy, drama, and action together IMO.
