GODZILLA VS. KONG Adds IRON MAN 3's Rebecca Hall & BABY DRIVER's Eiza González In Key Roles
Legendary and Warner Bros. Pictures' upcoming monster blockbuster, Godzilla vs. Kong, which has Adam Wingard directing, has cast Rebecca Hall (Iron Man 3) and Eiza González (Baby Driver) in key roles.
According to Variety and Deadline, Golden Globe-nominee Rebecca Hall (Iron Man 3) and Eiza González (Baby Driver) have both joined the cast of Legendary Pictures and Warner Bros.' Godzilla vs. Kong. Details on their roles are being kept under wraps for now.
The pair join an ensemble cast that will also feature Primetime Emmy-winner Kyle Chandler (Godzilla: King of the Monsters), 2x Primetime Emmy-nominee Millie Bobby Brown (Godzilla: King of the Monsters), Golden Globe-nominee Zhang Ziyi (Godzilla: King of the Monsters), Danai Gurira (Avengers: Infinity War), Julian Dennison (Deadpool 2), 2x Primetime Emmy-nominee Brian Tyree Henry (Atlanta), Academy Award-nominee Demián Bichir (The Nun), and Golden Globe-winner Alexander Skarsgård (Big Little Lies).
Adam Wingard is directing the upcoming fourth chapter in Warner Bros. and Legendary's MonsterVerse, which has been slated to open in theaters on May 22, 2020.
Hall can be seen next in the Will Ferrell/John C. Reilly comedy Holmes & Watson and also has Max Minghella's Teen Spirit and Woody Allen's A Rainy Day in New York on the docket. Meanwhile, González has Robert Zemeckis' Welcome to Marwen, Robert Rodriguez's Alita: Battle Angel, and the Vin Diesel-fronted Bloodshot coming up.
