Luc Besson's LUCY & New BOURNE Movie Set Release Dates

Besson's sci-fi action flick starring Scarlett Johansson as a super-powered drug mule now has a release date, as does Justin Lin's next installment in the Bourne franchise.

Universal has announced release dates for two if its upcoming movies. First up, the next installment in the ever lucrative Bourne franchise will hit Aug. 14, 2015. Fast & Furious director Justin Lin will take the reigns, with Jeremy Renner reprising his role from The Bourne Legacy as Aaron Cross. Also, Luc Besson's interesting sounding Lucy has been set for an Aug. 8, 2014 release -- and we have a brief log-line for that one too. Apparently Scarlett Johansson will play a "merciless warrior evolved beyond human logic."

i can go on...

im looking forward more to 2014 then 2015
2015 mostly because of MOS 2 and avengers

When is Jeremy going to film this one? Won't he be busy with AoU? Whedon promised more Hawkeye, if I don't see more Hawkeye I'll kill both him and Feige. We didn't see the real Hawkeye at Avengers at all and unlike ScarJo who appeared in IM2, he only got a stupid cameo in Thor. I demand more Hawkeye because archers rock!

That scene in Legacy where Cross scales the house, jumps through the window, and shoots the guy down the stairs was one of my favorite sequences of the entire franchises. The movie seemed kind of small scale compared to the rest of the franchise, but if you look at Legacy as the beginning of a new trilogy it serves that purpose well. I'm really excited to see where they go with the sequel.

I really could care less about another Damon-less Bourne movie. Legacy sucked, and not only that but it ended so abruptly. It seemed like there was another 20 minutes at least that got chopped. Plus the storyline was retarded. I'm going to kidnap this scientist lady so she can get me medicine so I don't get stupid.
