Jurassic Park meets Planet of the Apes meets... Turok?
Sony Pictures (via SFFGazette.com) has debuted an exciting international trailer for prehistoric sci-fi thriller, 65, featuring plenty of new dino action.
The footage begins with Adam Driver's astronaut, Mills, crash-landing on an unknown, uncharted planet... which turns out to be Earth 65 million years in the past!
While traversing the treacherous terrain, he encounters one other survivor, Koa (Ariana Greenblatt), and together they attempt to reach an escape pod while coming up against a whole host of lethal dinosaurs - including a massive Tyrannosaurus Rex, and what could be a Velociraptor.
According to the updated synopsis: "Now, with only one chance at rescue, Mills (Driver) and the only other survivor, Koa (Ariana Greenblatt), must make their way across an unknown terrain riddled with dangerous prehistoric creatures in an epic fight to survive.”
65 was written and directed by A Quiet Place scribes Scott Beck and Bryan Woods, who also produced under their recently-formed Beck/Woods banner along with Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness director Sam Raimi.
