New BLADE RUNNER 2049 Trailer Provides A Much Better Idea Of What We Can Expect From The Sci-Fi Sequel

Following last night's announcement teaser, another full trailer for Denis Villeneuve’s Blade Runner 2049 has been released online. There's plenty of new footage here, and although we do get some answers (it seems Dave Bautista's character is definitely a replicant), more questions are also raised.

Still, the general plot of the film is made a lot clearer, as K (Ryan Gosling) teams up with Harrison Ford's returning Deckard in an attempt to find out the truth behind the creation of the replicants. Meanwhile, Robin Wright's character seems certain those revelations will lead to some kind of war - presumably between humans and replicants, although that isn't spelled out.

Have a look, and be sure to speculate away in the usual place.

Thirty years after the events of the first film, a new blade runner, LAPD Officer K, unearths a long-buried secret that has the potential to plunge what’s left of society into chaos. K’s discovery leads him on a quest to find Rick Deckard, a former LAPD blade runner who has been missing for 30 years.

Blade Runner 2049 opens on October 6, 2017.

@DrunkCipher - I took a few screenwriting courses in college. One of my professors said this was the one cliche line he hated hearing in films the most haha.
