When I heard that the popular 'Battleship' game was being put to film, the plot and everything about it sounded ridiculous. The project however, carries itself seriously and doesn't look half bad. While some aspects of it still seem far-fetched, it still could be good, and with star-power from Liam Neeson and rising star Taylor Kitsch, this film might not be as bad as I think it'll be, but we'll see when it is released. See the new trailer and photos below.

I find it very funny that, when the producers of the James Bond series were looking for a new Bond to replace Timothy Dalton, Liam Neeson took his name out of contention because he was coming off of Shindler's List and he thougt he was too good for Bond. Now he's doing movies based on board games. Oh how the mighty have fallen.

Looks meh, they should have re-titled it 'cause it;s nothing like the board game.

I swear if Liam Neeson or Taylor Kitsch say, "You sunk my battleship!" then I hope the world ends in 2012.
