New Total Recall Set Pics Featuring Kate Beckinsale, Jessica Biel And Colin Farrell

As Len Wiseman's remake of the classic sci-fi tale continues shooting, we have a few more set pics featuring two of the main reasons most guys will go see this movie, and Colin Farrell..

Three of the main cast members there in those snazzy flying Cop cars. I must say, despite fairly positive reports from SDCC on the footage that was screened I find it hard to get to exited for this one. What do you guys think?

Director Len Wiseman (Underworld) jumps into the remake game with this retooling of Philip K. Dick's short story We Can Remember It for You Wholesale, originally brought to the big screen by Paul Verhoeven in the 1990 sci-fi action eye-popper starring Arnold Schwarzenegger. Colin Farrell stars as a blue-collar worker whose grip on his own identity breaks down after realizing he might be a spy. Equilibrium's Kurt Wimmer provides the screenplay, with Breaking Bad's Bryan Cranston heading up the rest of the cast as the villainous Cohaagen.

Total Recall hits theaters August 3rd 2012.

@Intruder. Truer words have never been spoken. I saw the first Underworld on a military base in the middle of the Mojave desert and walked out. I actually preferrd to sit in my barracks room with no tv and stare at the walls instead of watch that crap. I've been avoiding this guy ever since.

I have no hope for this. Wimmer? Ultraviolet and Equilibrium are movies that I found laughably bad, and Underworld was a movie I found very hard to stay awake during. Wow.

@intruder

lol... a guy renowned for twist endings... i wonder what he could do to screw it up...

i read somewhere that the plot had been been analyzed by some quantum theory scientist and he said the whole story and its events worked out nearly perfectly...

I am all for being 'Green' but the recycling has gotten outta hand. Can't we get some new sci-fi instead of recycling old sci-fi?

Damn, why all the Underworld hate, I liked them. All of them actually. I could care less about this movie but 2 of my top 3 ladies are in it and suddenly I'm thinking with the old "Divining Rod" now, lol.

@ GAyblade

If they remake Never Ending Story, I'm burning something down! They better now touch Labyrinth.....

@intruder: My sentiments exactly (regarding your first post)! I wouldn't call this thing 'shit' though. Shit is unpleasant but serves a useful function in allowing the body to expel waste materials. There is nothing useful about this film whatsoever.

And don't give them any ideas about remaking Back to the Future! Even the third one!
