Check Out The Second Official TV Spot For STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS

"There's been an awakening. Have you felt it?" That may be a quote from the Star Wars: The Force Awakens teaser trailer, but it's also rather fitting for Disney's promotional campaign! It's light on new footage, but check out the second TV spot after the jump...

If I were a Star Wars fan I would be pissed at all these fake fans who just follow Star Wars because of its name brand and because it is popular without knowing anything about it.
I am not a fan of Star Wars, nor am I opposed to it, but I feel this franchise has just grown because of fake fans and idiotic people wanting to follow something that is popular.
I hate when people are just followers of something and Star Wars is the number one example of this, without it wanting to be.
So please, if you are an actual fan of it and have seen all the movies and has an understanding of everything other than the movies, then I commend you, but to all those fake fans who have only seen a single movie you really should just grow a beard and wear skin tight jeans and think you matter, because you are just a hipster follower who is a waste of space.
This has been brewing within me for years so I have no apologies however I may come off because true Star Wars fans will see how idiotic the rest of this species are.

One thing missing from all these trailers and TV spots and such; Kissing!
No romantic teases at all.
See, there has to be a love interest in this, right? But is it Finn or is it Poe Dameron? Because whichever one it is, the other one has got to be Rey's brother, right?
So I'm guessing that Rey is the daughter of Han and Leia, but then is Finn her brother (and the son of Lando and Leia) or is Poe Dameron her brother (and also the son of Han and Leia) or... both?
Maybe all three of them are siblings and there is no romantic arc at all?

Or maybe there none of them are children of Han and Leia. Ha. We all know that can not be so. JJ ain't that stupid.

Well that commercial ruined the movie for me. They gave the whole plot away! Should have had a spoiler warning.

AsapJoker@ My assumption is that at least one of the kids represents the next generation of Skywalkers.

Now we know that Leia and Han got together in the original trilogy and had kids in the Expanded Universe and that Luke is in all probability celebate, as a Jedi Knight, so the logical assumption is that Han and Leia would be the parents. Unless, of course, the child in question is black. He would have to have at least one black parent, wouldn’t he?

Now, since I am assuming that Leia is the mother, it would stand to reason that Lando is the father. Not only because, as you point out, he seems to be the only major black character in the trilogy, but because of the fact that he was actually a romantic rival of Han’s.

Lando was like a dog with a boner ever since he first laid eyes on Leia, in Empire. When Han was frozen in carbonite at the end of Empire, Lando looked after Leia, the Millenium Falcon and Chewie.
Maybe they got down then, in-between Empire and Jedi. Maybe it was later, when Han and Leia’s marriage was falling apart. Who knows?

I’m pretty sure that Lando’s affections would be reciprocated by Leia, if the situation ever came up. He’s rich, black, a dignitary… a lot like Leia’s adopted father, really. Much more suitable a companion for a Princess.
On top of all that? Finn’s trading card said that he might have a connection to the Skywalker bloodline and on Amazon (not so reliable, but I don’t know why they would have such misinformation) he was said to be the child of Lando Calrissian.

Or you could be right and it's just some other guy that we've not yet seen or may never see, even. But if Leia is his mother, then I would assume that it's either somebody we've already seen or body that we would at least see a some point in the new trilogy.

I think Jar Jar gets a bum rap. People really only hate him because of his voice. They should have gotten Sam Elliot to voice him...saying the exact same shit.
