Following reports yesterday that Chiwetel Ejiofor has been cast in Star Wars: Episode VII, the folks from Flicks and the City caught up with the British actor during the premiere of 12 Year of Slave. And after pressing the actor about his other recent films, Flicks and the City asked Ejiofor if director J.J. Abrams came knocking for one of the Star Wars movies, what his reaction would be. "Well, we'll see if it happens, you know I'm not gonna tell you," Ejiofor replied, laughing. What do you think?

I don't know why, but the way he answered at the end makes me think that he knows something. I'm not saying he's in it, but I think he knows something that would be news worthy.

Heck yeah! He was very intimidating as the agent in serenity. I think he may be one of my favorite things about that movie!

Im sure hes in it. JJ really loves to keep any details secret. Remember the rumors about Benedict playing John Harrison? Fans speculated he was Khan and We were right all along.

TBH, I could ask any actor/actress in the world about a role in Episode VII and they'd act strangely.
Cosmic Book News could report that Matt LeBlanc has been in talks with Disney and we'd still take it seriously

Should Disney offer Chiwetel between a Star Wars role or Marvel's Tchalla, I bet Chiwetel will sign on the Black Panther role.

In Star Wars, he's just someone among SW actors old and young. In Black Panther, he's having the first legitimate black superhero role. Blade and Spawn are not that legitimate.
