New TV Spot For SOLO: A STAR WARS STORY Reveals More Of Paul Bettany's Role As The Gangster Dryden Vos

As we get closer to the release of Solo: A Star Wars Story, we can expect Lucasfilm to release more TV spots with the hope of getting audiences excited, and the latest look at the film certainly helps raise interest in the villain of the piece.

After all, despite the amount of footage released for the movie so far, we still know very little about Paul Bettany’s role as the gangster Dryden Vos. Fortunately, the spot below finally reveals more of the baddie's interaction with Han Solo and his crew.

While most of the footage featured in the spot is stuff we’ve seen before, we do see that Vos appears a lot cozier with Emilia Clarke’s Qi’Ra than we previously thought.

Also, we get to hear Solo declare himself the crew’s "brilliant pilot" and see Chewie take up his role as co-pilot.

Did I ask for this? No, but I'm not Star Wars saturated...yet, so I'm in.

Anyway, nice to see these TV spots sprinkled in between the perpetual Zack Snyder "LOOK AT ME!!!!!!" drops.

The people at Disney SW say they want to build something new but they will keep on misusing and degrading the OT trying to convince people through visuals to like this products. Some will fall, some will see the light. May reason come to people soon!

Just visuals, no story. Much ado about nothing!

I think Han-Chewbaca-Lando bonds will carry the movie. Can't wait.

It has a fun cast, an accomplished director, a classic writer, new work from John Williams... aside from me not really wanting a Han Solo based prequel, this film has a lot going for it. I’ll definitely give it a try, pending reviews.
