Tom Hiddleston Would Take A STAR WARS Role Offer "Very Seriously"

It would not surprise me if Disney wanted him for Star Wars. He is def the Jedi type

Tom Hiddeleston would make a good Jedi.

Depending on when this movie is set, he would be believable as the son of Han and Leia. His features are more similar to them then they are to Luke. However, I would imagine they'd be looking for slightly younger leads than Tom if they're starting a whole new trilogy.

I could see him and Tom Hardy as Sith Lords and Micheal Fassbender as Jedi Knight or Master.

Whoever said Jacen/Darth Cadeas nailed it. Jacen Solo in the books has an incredible journey. The twins start out as a beacon of hope. Jacen in his innocence looking for higher meaning with the force and ultimately succumbing to the darkside without even realizing it until it is too late would be a PERFECT role for Hiddleston. Would love to see the Embrace of Pain and that entire story line on screen. Those books were so visual. I can still see Chewie standing on Serindepal shaking his fists in defiance as the moon crushes the planet and then the entire Han and Anakin dilemma with Han looking at his son saying "You left him".. That would be bad a$$

He should absolutely be a Jedi Knight if he's offered a role, I'd rather not see him as another villain because he'd probably be written similarly to Loki. I can definitely see him as a very serious Jedi Knight, perhaps one who is known for being more skillful than his age would let on.

If this happened, it would be the first step in me having faith in this new trilogy. I'd hope that Episodes VII - IX could bring in the best of both previous trilogies (i.e. the Jedi being active intergalactic peacekeepers once more from the Prequels, but without the stupid gimmicky shit, and with the more heartfelt storytelling from the original trilogy).

I could also imagine Hugo Weaving as either a Jedi Master or a bad guy (not too keen on the Sith returning unless done exceptionally well - there are other villains in the Galaxy).

I'd also kind of like bounty hunters to have a larger role in at least one of the films, perhaps with an older Boba Fett (who apparently survived the Sarlacc) acting as some kind of crime-boss, Jabba style... except different.

And I think the biggest continuity link should be C3PO and R2-D2 returning - I'm shocked no one has mentioned them yet, but people forget they're the only characters who've appeared the same (and portrayed by the same actors) in every installment so far, plus they're the easiest characters to bring back, since at this point they could put younger actors in the suits and bring back Anthony Daniels to voice C3PO (Kenny Baker may be too old to go back in R2's suit, and the voice is digital anyway)

Oh, hell yeah!! Go for it, Tom!



An actor like Tom in a movie franchise like Star Wars is a goldmine. Disney has to look into him becoming a part of another big name franchise. C'mon, Disney....



And if Tom were to land a role (and it better be a big role) for the future Star Wars films, then I hope to see him as a Jedi Knight. Seeing Tom weild a lightsaber like a bad@$$ will be epic!

I'd love to see Tom Hiddleston is Star Wars! There are always big British actors in the films and this would be a genius and perfect addition! I'd love to see him as Jacen Solo but then who for Jaina? I know this may not be a popular opinion but I think Andrew Garfield could play Ben Skywalker, he looks enough like Hayden Christiansen and Mark Hamill!
