Emilia Clarke Won't Reprise The Role Of 'Sarah Connor' In Any More TERMINATOR Movies
Paramount may well have plans for more Terminator movies, but it seems they'll be moving ahead without Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke in the key role of Sarah Connor. More past the jump...
Despite not going over too well with critics, Terminator: Genisys still took in close to $500 million worldwide, and Paramount/Skydance seemed dead set on continuing the franchise after "readjusting" their approach to the material.
Well, if they do decide to move forward with more movies, it appears they'll be doing so without their lead actress. Coming Soon asked Emilia Clarke outright if she'd be returning to the role of Sarah Connor, and her response couldn't have been more definitive.
"No. Can I say that? It’s okay. No. Uh-uh. But I have some very different roles coming up."
We look forward to hearing about them, but first we'll see the stunning actress back in the blond wig as Daenerys Targaryen this Sunday in the Game of Thrones season 6 premiere.
Are you dissapointed Clarke won't be returning as Sarah Connor, or do you think after Genisys the Terminator franchise should be.. well, terminated?
