It's been a few months since filming for Riddick has wrapped. Since it is in post-produciton, Vin Diesel was invited into the editing room to view an early cut of the film and shares his thoughts below along with this new still.

"You know I like to let you in on things, even before Hollywood knows...Haha... Last night I was invited in to the editing room, to see the first cut of the new Riddick... WOW!!! P.s. I was so affected/excited... I couldn't sleep. GRRRR!!!"

The infamous Riddick has been left for dead on a sun-scorched planet that appears to be lifeless. Soon, however, he finds himself fighting for survival against alien predators more lethal than any human he's encountered. The only way off is for Riddick to activate an emergency beacon and alert mercenaries who rapidly descend to the planet in search of their bounty.

The first ship to arrive carries a new breed of merc, more lethal and violent, while the second is captained by a man whose pursuit of Riddick is more personal. With time running out and a storm on the horizon that no one could survive, his hunters won't leave the planet without Riddick's head as their trophy.

Looks cool! It seems Diesel cuted some muscle weight for the character(well, when you starving and all days fighting for survival, it happens that you loosing weight). People stop complaining about his shape. Yeah, we know that he had beer belly in FF but also he had the biggest chest and hand muscles. When I'm start to lift bigger weights my legs, arms, chest muscles and my back become bigger but in one and half months I'm loosing my packs. So, it's natural and stop bullshiting and try to get some muscles instead of complaining Diesels or Hardys size. When movie will be released you change your my in a moment. Guys let's just wait the movies and then criticize them. If you don't like something about it, stop reading news and watch the trailers and movies( even trailers for teasers for the movies). I'm sure we will get some R rated violent action fun with Riddick. In the era of PG-13 movies we must be appreciate for this. And I'm sure many people will regret about bashing TDKR after watching the film. I'm fan of The Avengers but I have no problems with TDKR. Also, this Marvel vs. DC thing is stupid 'cause we can enjoy every CBM no metter what company releases it.
One people will say Avengers rocked(it really does) but Batman suck-why you didn't see it.

I would love to see Escape From Butcher Bay on the big screen. That was badass game back in the day. One of my favorites.

This movie sound cool thou.

Final match is gonna be between Diesel and Urban i bet.

I was waiting them to match in The Chronicles Of Riddick but it never happened. Instead i got lame fight between Diesel and Colm Feore. That was dissapointing.
