Australian website Dark Horizons is reporting that Creed II actor and professional boxer Florian "Big Nasty" Munteanu has scored a secondary villain role in the upcoming Marvel Studios movie, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.

We're not too familiar with this source, but Munteanu's recent social media activity confirms that he has been in Sydney since January, which is around the time the likes of Tony Leung and Awkwafina arrived down under to prep for the shoot. That's far from confirmation that Munteanu has joined the production, of course, but it does go some way towards backing up this rumor.

If Florian is indeed playing a secondary antagonist, there's a good chance he'll be someone The Master of Kung Fu (Simu Liu) will come up against in this underground tournament we've been hearing about. Tiger-Claw, Moving Shadow, Razor-Fist, and Ghost Maker are all possibilities.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of Ten Rings is set to hit theaters on February 12, 2021.

really? I was tempted to say it sucked but I didn't want to be dramatic.

I haven't ran across anyone who liked it that much. It was very melodramatic and trying too hard to bring those iconic Rocky moments back, while retreading the first one.

Bianca and Creed was the best part of the first one to me and their relationship was trash in this one.
