The Amazing Spider-Man 2 will be directed by Marc Webb from a script written by Alex Kurtzman, Roberto Orci, Jeff Pinkner and James Vanderbilt. The film will star Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy, Sally Field as Aunt May, Shailene Woodley as Mary Jane Watson, Paul Giamatti as Rhino, Jamie Foxx is Electro and Chris Cooper as Norman Osborn. The Amazing Spider-Man sequel will swing into theaters May 2, 2014.

To move t hrough a crowd without people saying "hey its a shiny blue glowing guy!", he kinda needs a robe to get around.

I like that they're using the Ultimate look, the paint plus his physique will make him look badass.

Yes, this blurry photo definitely, without a doubt, most certainly, and officially means this movie will be crap. Wow......so quick to jump to conclusions people. We don't know the complete plot of the movie, all of the characters "actual look" for costumes yet some of you are already itching and moaning......yet you'll all be there the first weekend (or midnight) to see the movie.

One word.....chill.

How can rip off something that is based off source material? @RFBD? It's based off a comic book, Peter is bit by a spider in the comics so is it really a rip off? Peters uncle dies in the comics, is that a rip off? You can't say TASM ripped off SM1 especially since the Villians were completely diffrent with diffrent master mind plots. And all this orgin stuff can't be considered ripped off if it's coming from the same place orgin which is the comic.

It's more than likely just a cover for the costume, like all super-hero movies do when shooting and have their actors in suits walking in public. Or it's for a certain scene in which Electro is supposed to be hidden in a croud with light visibility on his face, thus the lights on the inner hood, which would probably be edited into lightning illuminating him. Those are my guesses.
