With Spider-Man: Homecoming set to follow Wonder Woman as 2017's fourth superhero movie, anticipation for the wall-crawler's next big screen adventure is understandably at an all-time high. Empire Magazine is going in-depth with the reboot this month, and as you can see, their regular cover will put the spotlight on the fan-favourite Marvel character as he hitches a ride on a New York train.

Like the posters for the movie, Avengers Tower can be seen in the background, no great surprise considering the fact Sony is keen to remind us that this adventure takes place in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. We'll have some images from the issue for you soon, but a first look at The Tinkerer can be found by clicking here. What do you think of this new look at Spider-Man? Share your thoughts below.

Starring Tom Holland, Michael Keaton, Zendaya, Donald Glover, Jacob Batalon, Laura Harrier, Tony Revolori, Tyne Daly, Bokeem Woodbine, Marisa Tomei, Robert Downey Jr., and almost countless others, Marvel's Spider-Man: Homecoming is directed by Jon Watts and will be released on July 7th, this year.

@RagnarGolem - I know that this is totally off topic (well not really) and I know that it might seem impossible, but if Samurai Jack and Young Justice could come back then there's a slight possibility that this could come back too. So if you're a fan of this show sign this because if it doesn't come back we lose nothing but if Marvel hears us and realizes that there is a demand for this product we might end up with a new season of the best Spider-Man cartoon.
this is a fresh / just made petition so lets make this a thing, lets make marvel hear our crave for a new seaason, lets bring spectacular spider-man back!

As much as I like the poster, it kind of looks like an advertisement for Beats.

@RickSanchez - yeah and people better be thankful it's there too because if it wasn't then ya'll would be bitching about it NOT being there just like The Netflix Complaints.

@XelCorp - Who is ya'll? Did you mean y'all? If so, I don't understand the implication that I am a part of a group of some kind. [BELCH] I merely commented on the composition of the cover as compared to previously released posters from the movie.
