Like most teenagers his age, Peter is trying to figure out who he is and how he got to be the person he is today. In his journey to put the pieces of his past together he uncovers a secret that his father held...a secret that will ultimately shape his destiny as Spider-Man. This is the first in a series of movies that tells a different side of the Peter Parker story. On July 3rd, 2012, the untold story begins.

Starring Andrew Garfield, Rhys Ifans, Emma Stone, Denis Leary, Sally Field and Martin Sheen, The Amazing Spider-Man is set to hit theatres on July 3rd, 2012.

Fans often make better "promo" artwork than the studio's marketing department does.

@3d Good point, probably just a bit more care and attention to detail from fans doin promo work.

This movie looks good, I love Spidey so I'll watch regardless but I hope one day we get a less emotional and more aggressive Spidey on an Epic Scale that will allow for more use of his unreal gallery of Villains. As great as this series will likely be, I doubt we'll get the Sinister Six. Hope they do a series one day where they allow it...maybe more on the Avengers scale as far as a large movie able to hold all the characters.

Hahahaha... I when I came to CBM just now and saw a TASM article I was like, "Yes, Trailer!" But then I read the title and I was like oh a fan made poster oh well... still very cool poster.

@PaulRom Epic poster although I don't like how the lizard is done, even though it's official concept art... hopefully on film it won't look like that... lol.

Very well done. I have often said that if one of these studio execs had their head on straight, they would hire a fan-boy-type to direct the promotional efforts of a comic book movie. I have seen so many good pieces of art on this site that it blows my mind. Great job Hobo95.
