i was just gonna say the only advice is she should be giving is don't be an ugly mary jane haha. i'm so mean i know but kirsten dunst was a horrible mj. emma's hot but hopefully her acting is as good as her looks.

Why is she even being asked to give advice? Emma Stone is playing Gwen Stacy, correct? So why is someone who portrayed a self-centered, butter-faced MJ telling someone playing different character to hers how to go about it? High-five to Emma Stone if she sees this and the first thought that pops up in her head is "[frick] you Dunst."

Kirsten "Dunce's" advice should have went more like this..."Emma, don't set Gwen back 40 years the same way I did with "MJ" over the course of 3 films by portraying her as a whiny, vapid, self-absorbed, needy, drippy, annoying, lanky, ditzy skank."

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Kirsten Dunst did as good a job as she could. The problem with Mary Jane in the films was that she was written as nothing more than a whiney damsel in distress. Had she been given a better written role she would have done much better.

As in why is the interviewer even bothering her with it in the first place as she played a different character was the gist of my comment. I don't see how it came off as if I'm accusing Dunst as desperately fishing for the opportunity to spread her wisdom.

@Intruder - Holy shit yourself, did you watch the video?! Because her advice for Stone was something along the lines of preparing to get used to acting at nothing and swinging. That's quite a few words of advice for someone who "didnt give any advice at all"... "lmao!".
