SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME International Poster Teases More Multiversal Madness In The Big Apple

Another poster for Spider-Man: No Way Home has surfaced, this time showing the wall-crawler swinging through a portal in New York City. Unfortunately, it's not much of an improvement on previous efforts...

The poster campaign for Spider-Man: No Way Home has not been very good, which is a surprise considering how epic this movie is shaping up to be. It's a shame, as the posters for Venom: Let There Be Carnage, for example, were pretty great, and definitely not victims of undeniably bad Photoshop.

This new international poster for Spider-Man: No Way Home continues the trend as Spidey appears to be swinging through a portal miles above the streets of New York City to...fight a floating Doc Ock? It's a weird one, but doesn't dampen our excitement for the threequel in any way.

Based on what little has been revealed in the trailers - not to mention all those rumours - we're going to be in for a treat with this movie, and excitement only continues to build. It certainly looks like one heck of an experience, anyway, and a few less than amazing posters isn't going to change that.

Check out the latest Spider-Man: No Way Home one-sheet below:

"For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero's identity is revealed, bringing his Super Hero responsibilities into conflict with his normal life and putting those he cares about most at risk," reads the new synopsis. "When he enlists Doctor Strange’s help to restore his secret, the spell tears a hole in their world, releasing the most powerful villains who’ve ever fought a Spider-Man in any universe. Now, Peter will have to overcome his greatest challenge yet, which will not only forever alter his own future but the future of the Multiverse."

Among the film's confirmed cast members are Tom Holland, Zendaya, Benedict Cumberbatch, Jon Favreau, Jacob Batalon, Marisa Tomei, J. B. Smoove, Benedict Wong, J.K. Simmons, Alfred Molina, and Jamie Foxx. Based on the new trailer, we can now add Willem Dafoe, Thomas Haden Church, and Rhys Ifans to that impressive list of actors (fingers crossed for Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield).

Spider-Man: No Way Home arrives in U.S. on December 17 and in the UK on December 15.

Official or not, No Way Home probably has the worst posters of the trilogy

There's no Avengers tower in that pic, at least from what I can see. Now I have more questions! Lol

Give us some character posters. All these so far are kinda shit

Ok, what's interesting about this is that they're using the civil war suit with what looks like black instead of blue (could just be lighting). There are three possibilities. First, there's a new suit we haven't seen yet, which is a cross between the Civil War and advanced suit. Second, it could just be lazily reusing assets (not as if these posters have been all that inspired anyway). Third is that this is a placeholder for one of the other spidermen to have a poster, possibly maguire since it's primarily the raimi villains here, then a corresponding poster with garfield along with electro and lizard.

@Saga - Because it's a "fake", fan-made poster?

@OptimusCrime - Find the image, right-click, choose "copy image location", and paste in the comment section.

If that doesn't work, try it again, and "before" selecting the "Post Reply", make sure there are no additional characters after the ".jpg" or ".gif", etc. Sometimes additional characters are added and it causes it not to work.

Can they please stop adding tentacles to EVERY poster?

It's a very lazy way of saying that Octopus is here.

I really dig this one, even though it is fan-made.

I hope we get a 2099 cameo. As a child of the 80s , growing up in the 90s 2099 was big when it came out

@campblood - Loved it too. But I think they'll keep it to the Spiderverse 2.

This "portal" looks EXACTLY like one of Doctor Strange's circular thingies, NOT some portal from another multiverse.

And the next best thing I'm looking forward to after seeing this film will be all of this stupid, click-bait, bullsh*t finally stopping.

That's a photoshopped version of the Red and Blue suit, what?

Now that Jon Watts is leaving the Spider-man I.P. for Fantastic Four, I hope a better director will take over for future movies.

Right now, I'm really hoping for Jason Reitman to be the next director. I think he could do great things with both Spidey and Peter Parker (because, to be honest, I'm definitely not a fan of this incarnation so far, despite Tom Holland giving his best acting as always).

Why are Sony so terrible at making posters for these Spider-Man films?

It's just so lazy
