"Not content to just show off his latest sports car, young billionaire and future misanthrope, Harry Osborn was seen arm in arm with supermodel Valencia Vitaly at the closing ceremonies in Sochi. Osborn had reporters scrambling for an interview, but all questions went unanswered as he disappeared soon after the ceremony ended.
Harry’s Russian sojourn is just the latest in a long European adventure that’s included skydiving in Monaco, week long parties in Seville and impromptu street races in the narrow streets of Prague. Suffice it to say, Harry seems intent on spending his trust fund as fast and as dangerously as possible.

Rumor has it people inside Oscorp want Harry to stay as far away as possible, but as the health of his father is still uncertain, the rest of the world wants to know: what will it take to bring him home?"

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 stars Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker, Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy, Jamie Foxx as Max Dillon/Electro, Sally Field as Aunt May, Chris Cooper as Norman Osborn, and Dane DeHann as Harry Osborn. The movie hits theaters May 2nd, 2014.

Is Felicia Jones playing Valencia Vitaly? Regardless, I can't wait for this! And I love these Daily Bugle virals, wish we'll get to see Jameson in the future TASM sequels.

AMC Movie Talk's Editor John Campea has said once again today that "Everybody I have spoken to that has some inside information or who is part of the studio or whatever is gushing about Spider-Man 2, everybody is thrilled with it.".

I'd say this is good news, since it's the complete opposite from the rumors that TASM got the first time around. I've been impressed and in love with everything that it was shown so far, so I can see this living up to its potential. People take for granted, but Spider-Man is one of the greatest superheroes ever to the mainstream. This film looks like a Mark Bagley comic that came to life, I hope it's as amazing as it looks and the title says.

Who cares? they messed up when they didnt even reference him in the first movie, so he his return has no value wat so ever.
SpiderBaby
SpiderBaby - 2/26/2014, 5:59 PM
But why would they mention him in TASM1? Norman Osborn is mentioned, I felt that was enough. Peter and Harry been childhood friends seems logical to me when you think that their parents were close due to OsCorp and all.

@Pending

Good point, Man of Steel had beautiful trailers but it wasn't as good as it could be. Maybe it's my inner fangirl talking, but I believe this film can truly be amazing. I think that whoever compared this with The Avengers trailers is correct, this has some genuine potential to breakout huge. I feel that just like The Avengers, there is a novelty here. The 3 villains angle isn't been played like Spider-Man 3, and I feel that if the audience can fall for the Earth's Mightiest Heroes, they can also fall for Spider-Man, if the film is as amazing as they are trying to sell to us.

I'd have a REALLY hard time buying the two (Harry and Peter) as old friends. I know they want to do something different, separate from the Raimi trilogy, but where the hell was Harry when Peter's uncle died? It was a crucial year, the most important one for Peter, and Harry was nowhere to be found, not even mentioned, not even listed as being involved in any way at Oscorp.

It's like this one episode of Six Feet Under where Rico's elderly neighbor dies and leaves him $49,000 just for being a good neighbor - and then her son drops by the funeral home and is like "who the f*ck are you?"

If there's one thing I expect from my films, it's definitely a strict adherence to the viral campaigns. It's why the Riddler was my favourite villain in The Dark Knight Trilogy.

I still struggle with all the hate for TASM. I thoroughly enjoyed the film and everyone in my friend group (mostly geeks that know a thing or two about Spidey) loved it. A number of them even thought it was better than The Avengers (a little crazy I know).
