Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst had always been praised as being perfect together as Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson. Fans and movie goers always agreed that Tobey playing Peter as the awkward, naive nerd he has always mixed well with Kirsten's popular, girl next door role. Other than "Spider-Man 3," everyone accepted the two of them in the roles. With Spider-Man being rebooted, are the new Peter and M.J. be more how audience want the characters to be?
Andrew Garfield is officially the new Peter Parker, and generally has received positive words from fans and movie goers who enjoyed the original films. Elena Satine is possibly most wanted for the role of Mary Jane Watson by fans, because she fits Mary Jane's look to a tee. Interestingly enough she is a self proclaimed comic book fan who may have auditioned for the role already while campaigning for it as well.
So, which Peter/MJ do you like the most? Obviously Satine has not been cast as Mary Jane yet, it may seem a little unorthodox to ask this question: why not? Every comic fan who has heard of her being mentioned for the role has quickly jumped on her bandwagon. This goes to show how perfect she is. Also, she has AUDITIONED and as far as we know, she is the only one who has auditioned. So, she very well could nab the role.
