Hopefully in the reboot they take inspiration from John Byrne's "Man Of Steel" and take some bits from Birthright, those two are probably best takes on Superman's origin, especially Man Of Steel, that basicly redefined Clark Kent, some thing they need to do in the reboot so they can distance them selves from the other movies. And using Scenes from birthright of him travelling the globe as free lance reporter would show that Superman's not just restricted to metropolis.

Cavill's hair is perfect for Superman no need for the Gel'd hair and the 'forced' S curl his hair naturally is shaped that way

@sh4ko and ThaMessenger07- SOOOOOO TRUEEEEE!! Dean Cain is the best live action Superman!

@MrHand- Lex should at least be in the movie as a side-villain or a cameo. Can't just completely leave him out of the film. But Brainiac as the main villain FTW!!!!!!!!!!

Lex Luthor- gotta be pullin the string in the background. =D

While I would agree that Dean Cain wasn’t terrible as Superman… For my money I would prefer a more rugged Superman. Someone who looks like a young Clint Walker.

@LP4, No I wont take the same line this year. Every cartoon, movie, story, tv show etc.
[frick] Lex...IF THE NEXT SUPERMAN MOVIE got Lex coming out for one minute, I WILL NOT WATCH IT. I don't care if the movie become the next big hit of the year, I will not watch it. I will wait until I'am an old [frick]; then ill watch it.
