Deadline reports that Zack Snyder, director of upcoming Superman reboot Man of Steel stepped on stage following the presentation of the new trailer (which will play before Tom Cruise's Oblivion) and offered up a few statement about the project.

Acknowledging that superheroes don't fight each other (no one tell Zack about Civil War), Snyder stated, "There’s no competition between superheroes obviously but if there [Superman] would win.” Talking about Man of Steel, Snyder shared, "I am sorry to even have to say this now but we shot the movie on film and anamorphic. We wanted to give your cinemas a big giant movie movie.” Deadline reports that Snyder and Christopher Nolan, who was also in attendance, seemed very pleased with the reaction.

Man Of Steel comes out June 14th
