Cowabunga!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem is set to hit theaters on August 2, and tickets for the Seth Rogen-produced reboot are now on sale.

Along with the announcement, Paramount Pictures has debuted a series of new posters, a behind-the-scenes featurette, and the first full clip from the animated TMNT adventure, which sees the Heroes in a Half-Shell gear-up for... action?

The sneak peek pays initially pays homage to the Turtles' darker comic book origins, before becoming something a lot more fun and light-hearted when it's revealed that the Fearsome Foursome are simply preparing to pick up Splinter's groceries.

Nice Batman voice, though, Leo!

Check out the new promo material below, and let us know if you plan on seeing Mutant Mayhem opening weekend.

“After years of being sheltered from the human world, the Turtle brothers set out to win the hearts of New Yorkers and be accepted as normal teenagers through heroic acts. Their new friend April O’Neil helps them take on a mysterious crime syndicate, but they soon get in over their heads when an army of mutants is unleashed upon them.”

Micah Abbey, Shamon Brown Jr., Nicolas Cantu and Brady Noon will voice the roles of Donatello, Michelangelo, Leonardo and Raphael, respectively. The cast also includes Jackie Chan as Splinter, Hannibal Buress as Genghis Frog, Rose Byrne as Leatherhead, Ice Cube as Superfly, Natasia Demetriou as Wingnut, Ayo Edebiri as April O’Neil, Giancarlo Esposito as Baxter Stockman, Post Malone as Ray Fillet, Paul Rudd as Mondo Gecko, and Maya Rudolph as Cynthia Utrom.

Jeff Rowe (The Mitchells vs. the Machines) directed Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, which is produced by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg.

That clip made me smile & chuckle , I’m looking forward to this!!.

The director coming from works such as The Mitchells vs The Machines aswell as Gravity Falls gives me faith it in this moreso then anything else.

I'm so happy more studios are taking creative risks with animation thanks to Spider-Verse.

I love the Turtles since i was a kid. But when I grow up, I admit that I enjoy much more the gritty turtles from the comics. But i will give a chance to this animation.
