A Villainous Turn For 'Eddie Thawne'? New Clip From Tonight's Episode Of THE FLASH

Since day one, fans of The Flash have been wondering if Detective Eddie Thawne is as villainous as the name suggests. Well, we may get an answer to those questions in this new clip from tonight's episode. It's rather ominously titled, "Who Is Harrison Wells?" Check it out!

JOE AND CISCO TRAVEL TO STARLING CITY FOR ANSWERS ABOUT DR. WELLS — Joe(Jesse L. Martin) and Cisco (Carlos Valdes) head to Starling City to continue their investigation ofDr. Wells (Tom Cavanagh). While in town, the duo enlists the help of Captain Lance (Paul Blackthorne), and Cisco meets the Black Canary (Katie Cassidy), who asks him for afavor. Meanwhile, back in Central City, Barry (Grant Gustin) races to catch a meta-human named Hannibal Bates (guest star Martin Novotny) who can transform himself into every person hetouches – which includes Eddie (Rick Cosnett), Iris (Candice Patton), Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker)and even The Flash. Wendey Stanzler directed the episode written by Ray Utarnachitt & Cortney Norris.

Pasto does have a point, they deviate from the main plot sometimes for some stupid filler crap.
But I do love this show. Flash and DareDevil are both amazing.

@DarthBastard Good point. The last episode was terrible. It was worse than the worst of the 1990 series. And it showed just how easy a good show can go bad. Berlanti and CW are trying to use The Flash's audience to boost the plummeting ratings of Arrow, which had it lowest overall rating ever just last week and deservedly so.

And we must suffer the hapless and lethargic acting of Amell in the finale. Importing Arrow's shit to The Flash will only hurt The Flash, as last week's episode so clearly demonstrated.

They will not succeed in boosting Arrow's ratings nor will they stop the fall.

My guess is Harrison Wells will do to Eddie just what he did to the real Wells 20 years ago. Then we will get the Eddie Thawne from the comics.

As noted above, the metahuman is the one shooting cops and being the "heel." But because its CW, Barry will attack the REAL Eddie when he gets close to Iris, thus causing more strife and stress between the two.

@mistral1 - but would't that disrupt his future very existence? I mean, cause the same issues as killing him?

One "meh" episode and all you fanboys are already crying about the quality dropping? Jesus christ theres no pleasing any of you. Theyre obviously building up to the finale. The episodes setting up the ground work arent always as great but im sure the payoff will be amazing.

I didn't mind Veronica Mars. I have no interest in iZombie. Anything with zombies of any kind bores the crap out of me. I've heard it's getting strong reviews, even if it's ratings are bad. Luckily, it's on CW, so it shouldn't have too much trouble getting renewed.
