While we still have quite a wait until The Flash makes his full big screen debut in Zack Snyder's Justice League, it hasn't stopped Ezra Miller from gushing about his excitement to play the Fastest Man Alive. In an interview with Yahoo, Miller said that suiting up as the "neurotic but altruistic" Scarlet Speedster was an exhilarating moment for him, something that only amplified his excitement for portraying the character onscreen.
“I’ll tell you that donning the Flash suit is one of the single most thrilling experiences I’ve ever known,” Miller said. “You know it’s like a samurai getting in his armor. Every day, I just felt like, so cool. It’s the greatest. I really love playing the Flash. I love Barry Allen. I really, I’ve come to, yeah, I’ve come to really hold a special place in my heart for this neurotic but altruistic individual."
Miller also expressed his desire to continue to explore the character and his dynamic with the rest of the Justice League for as long as possible, even if it meant continuously reading the Flash's long comic book history. “I’m just so excited to explore him and explore that for as long as possible,” Miller continued. “Even if it just means, [reading comic books]. Honestly, it’s an incredible gift to the world, the long history of the Flash. I feel so lucky to be a part of these great stories.”
