The costume is very MEH, IMO. When I saw him appear in the theater for the whole 30 seconds he did,he just seemed like another "SHIELD" person, not a hero who would be part of the Avengers. Needs a mask or something to make him stand out.

But I thought Thor was awesome, aside from some cheesy lines. (Portman)

The only line that really made me cringe was Portman saying "Oh. My. God." It was just terrible, imo.

I did feel like some of the best scenes I already saw in the trailer, that felt disappointing. But the battle with the frost giants was AWESOME!

Yes! One of the worst cameos ever. Thor was a good movie but no where near PERFECT like IRON MAN. I can think of a hundred ways to give him a [frick]ing awesome cameo. Come on man! he should have at least shot a damn arrow(Not to a vital place). And i didn't like the chemistry between Thor and Jane and Kat Dennings was useless. plus the whole movie was too short and too fast. they should have slowed it down a bit. My only problem with the movie is that MARVEL didn't polish it enough to make it a FLAWLESS movie. They could have topped IRON MAN easily with this. Well [frick], CAP you are next!

Very cool military outfit, but everyone should know that isn't the Hawkeye Avengers costume. It is just a custom SHIELD military suit.

Yeah, as a marksman, he should really be wearing sunglasses at night outside in the dark. It's not like he needs to see who he's shooting at or anything.

weird how some people complain about perfection... lol

@RexDartEskimoSpy that's exactly what i was thinking... lol... i don't mind this costume for thor but in avengers he needs something more traditional! ;)

@SuspenseSmith: That was a classic smart-ass Clint Barton line and Renner nailed it. Made the cameo worth it to me.


And I don't think some people understand the meaning of the word cameo. They want him to do a whole scene. Then they'd be bitching there was too much Avengers tie-in, lead-in stuff in the movie.

Thor is tied with Iron Man for best Marvel movie to date (if not even a little better.
