The news on Thor 2 has been nebulous thus far but the release of the new Thor 2 casting call has confirmed some new interesting information.
It appears that Stellan Skarsgard has been contracted to return in Thor 2, previously commenting that he was unsure if he was to make a return.
Kenneth Branagh will return to the Thor franchise officially, however that this time it will occur as a producer. He will join the previously known Kevin Feige in the role of a producer along with Stan Lee, Alan Fine, and Louis D'Esposito.
The bulk of the filming will be done in England for this installment along with some filming occuring in Los Angeles.
