First Look At Chris Hemsworth & Tom Hiddleston Filming THOR: RAGNAROK In Unexpected Threads

Now that it’s technically Monday in Queensland, Australia, filming for Thor: Ragnarok has already kicked off at the new location in the state’s capital city, Brisbane which has been transformed into New York City; meaning we’ll definitely revisit Earth in the threequel!  More excitingly, photos from the shoot have brought our first look at Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston in costume as the God of Thunder and Loki God of Mischief, respectively.

Unfortunately, they’re not sporting their new and/or slightly altered Asgardian attire, but it appears the two step-brothers are trying to keep a low profile while in the Big apple given Thor is wearing casual threads while Loki is unsurprisingly suited and booted. Based on what’s featured in some footage from the shoot, the scene appears to involve the two talking before an apparent fan notices the Odinson and snaps a selfie. However, it might have been in between filming the actual scene, considering Loki is seen getting a pic too.

Furthermore, Hemsworth even shared an official set pic with he and Hiddleston sitting in front of a newsstand which has intriguing newspapers headlines: “Has Thor Returned!” “Villain Loki Spotted,” “God Thunder Strikes It Up with Lady Justice” and “Times Square Murder.” Thanks to Patrick Williams, Anthony Lee, and Amy Price, check it out below.

UPDATE: In addition to another “official” behind-the-scenes pic from director Taika Waititi, we have a closer look at both Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston on set as well as more videos that clearly show the scene involving Thor and a fan taking a selfie to Loki’s dismay.

Maybe, if we're lucky, we'll get a good Thor movie. 3rd times the charm.

@valeriesghost - The first Thor was good. I honestly don't see how anyone could argue otherwise.
