After breaking the news a couple days ago that Chris Hemsworth had been cast as Thor, Nikki Finke's Deadline Hollywood Daily is now claiming that Kenneth Branagh has cast his buddy Tom Hiddleston as Loki.
Hiddleston is currently working wth Branagh on the British series "Wallander."
If this is true, now we have both hero and villain officially cast. Looks like we're actually moving along with this flick! Whoo-to-the-hoo!
