Having passed China's highest grossing movie of all-time (Avatar) after just a few days of release, Transformers: Age of Extinction's worldwide total has passed the $600 million mark. The fourth instalment in the franchise has earned $225 million in China, and has so far taken over $185 million domestically. That's nothing compared to its overseas numbers though as it taken $421.2 million (including China), thereby giving it that worldwide cume of $606.5 million since opening on June 27th. It's likely that the Michael Bay helmed movie will be 2014's first $1 billion hit.
