Transformers: Dark of the Moon Release Bumped Up to June 29th

As it did with the previous installment, Paramount pictures has moved the release date for Transformers: Dark of the Moon up a few days, so the film will open on a Wednesday rather than a Friday. According to Deadline,

"Early response to footage, especially the 3D footage, has been great so we want to get the word out that this film is as good or better than the first and much better than the last,"

This will allow all of the haters out there to hate two days earlier and the believers to sit back and enjoy massive amounts of explosions and robots a few days earlier as well. The film will be released in both 2D and 3D formats, as well as in IMAX theaters.

Transformers: Dark of the Moon stars Shia LaBeouf, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, Kevin Dunn, Julie White, Frances McDormand, John Malkovich, Ken Jeong, Patrick Dempsey, Alan Tudyk, John Turturro and Leonard Nimoy. This marks the third and final film in Michael Bay's Transformers trilogy.

I have mixed feelings about this movie too.

Part of me thinks it's going to suck.

@puyguy and ecksmanfan

TF3 getting bumped up is actually GOOD news for Captain America. Now the only competition that Captain America is gonna face is Harry Potter, which comes out before CA.

Okay, thank you for the heads up so I can have my pot of coffee ready and some motion sickness pills perscribed and stocked by then.

If it is anything like the prior movies but less comedy like Bay has stated then it is going to be one heluva ride from start to finish. Looking forward to this, but I've been indifferent since day one since the whole series has been whored out to GM and movie industry greed. I face palmed the second movie when I saw "Devastator" as they chose to call it and then to mock him with demolition balls.

I am in Transformers a coma. Please wake me up, people, if and when we find out this movie is redeeming in any way.

Seriously, even though the 2nd flick was crap and all the reviews confirmed it. I still paid to see it Have always been a Transformers fan and will be. So yes, I will see this and glad to hear that current feedback is that its much better than the last one.
