The Boys and Scream star Jack Quaid recently took to social media to reveal that he had a small role in Sony Pictures' Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, and we now know the character he voiced.
Mild spoilers for the beginning of the movie follow.
The Into the Spider-Verse sequel actually focuses on Gwen Stacy initially, as we find out what led to her leaving the life she knew behind and joining the Spider-Society. In Gwen's reality, her best friend/potential love interest is Peter Parker, who she inadvertently kills when he transforms into a version of the Lizard and attacks some fellow students during their school prom.
The character only has a couple of lines, and Quaid provided them.
It's a very small part for an established actor, so we're left to wonder whether Quaid might return as this or some other Peter/Lizard Variant for next year's Beyond the Spider-Verse?
