Jeffrey Dean Morgan's Negan Takes Aim In New Image From THE WALKING DEAD Season 7

Season seven of The Walking Dead may very well be the most highly anticipated yet, and that's mainly down to the fact that the lead villain will be Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Negan. A new image has been revealed of him today, and as you can see, he seems to be taking some sadistic pleasure in gunning down someone or something. Either way, a gun makes a change from his famed baseball bat, Lucille.

Talking to Entertainment Weekly recently, Morgan said Negan should be way more feared than The Governor ever was. "It's not even close. I mean, I love David Morrissey, but he wouldn't stand a chance. Wouldn't stand a chance. I'd put Negan up against anybody. He's super smart and there's no filter, no fear. The Governor was a little bit wack. Negan's got it together. It wouldn’t even be close. And I'm sorry, 'cause I really love David. He's awesome. I worked with him for a year and there's just not a better guy. But Negan versus the Governor wouldn't be close."

What do you guys think?

Minor issue, but he should be clean shaven.

@imnotwearinghockeypants - I saw a photo of JDM shaved and apparently it was very recently, so Negan will probably show up saved at some point.

Yeah I'm gonna go with Negan.

If the chosen victim isn't Daryl or Michonne, I consider that season six cliffhanger a total, pointless waste. And it may sour me on the show as a whole.

...I think Glenn must know "Toad style Kung-Fu" because he survives everything..

It's Glenn and Abraham; they haven't been seen on set since the first episode of next season. Steven Yeun is in Serbia shooting a movie and Michael Cudlitz is travelling the west coast without dying his hair red like he usually does.

Pretty obvious that Negan will bash Glenn's head in, but Abraham will try to intervene and get himself killed. I hope one of them lives, but that obviously isn't going to happen.

Wish Daryl or Michonne had gotten killed off but it is what it is.

Guys, it's not Glenn! Morgan already let that cat outta the bag. it's not Daryll or Rick either. it's most likely Maggie.

I cannot wait to see this season

Haven't been this excited since The Prison first reared it's head and promised the introduction of the Governer.

Also I loved the show's version of Governor.

More than the comic version.

The show actually made me side with him for a small time while the comic version had no redeeming values (unless you read Rise Of the Governor).
