After being absent for the first 2 season 7B episodes, next week's installment of The Walking Dead takes us back to Negan, as the merciless villain finds out that Daryl escaped - and it looks like Dwight is going to be tasked with tracking his old pal down. Meanwhile, Eugene arrives at the compound and looks about as terrified as you'd expect at the prospect of living amongst the Saviours.

Check out the promo for "Hostilities and Calamities" below, along with a sneak peek featuring Dwight making a grim discovery.

This season had great things going for it, a shame to hear that AMC caved to pressure.

@JoeMomma29 - They toned down the violence in the second half because of complaints

@TheManFromLolliLand - Oh really.....I did not know that. Well that is stupid......Look at FX they are showing some hardcore stuff with Taboo. And FX is regular cable station.

I am not sure if people are aware but any cable channel can show any level violence, nudity, and language if they chose to do so.

@JoeMomma29 - They're not gonna show the scene from the comics where Negan reads Elizabeth Gilbert's Eat Pray Love while on the toilet. AMC is run by Nazis!!!

They're afraid of the so-called "gay agenda".

@McGee - It is a little known fact, but part of the Nazi indoctrination process was to force new recruits to read that book.

@TheManFromLolliLand - yeah, complaints of people who hadn't read a single page of the comics... SHM

man, this show can be summarized in one good first episode here, another good episode in the end of some season there, sandwiching a bunch of steaming shit in between... i used to love TWD, what a let down :(

Am I the only one who thought Rick getting a spike through his hand would lead to an infection and him having to cut it off. I really don't want it to happen, but this like the 3rd time this season I thought something bad happened to it and he was going to lose it.

@RickGrimes95 - That pretty much happens with every cut or scene focusing on Rick's hand
