The main focus of
The Walking Dead's attention has been on The Whisperers ever since Rick "died" early in Season 9. Comprised of Samantha Morton's Alpha, Ryan Hurst's Beta and an entire army made up of both the dead and the living, The Whisperers truly are a force to be reckoned with.
Ahead of Season 10's return on the 23rd, AMC has taken to Twitter to release a clip of the disturbing group to remind them exactly how creepy they are just in case anyone managed to forget over the holiday hiatus. In the video Alpha can be heard whispering.
"We are the end of the world. We take them all," Morton's character hisses during the fifteen second clip seen below while surrounded as always by her protective horde.
Many fans that have chosen to stick with the show through the Seasons in which it struggled the most have admitted that the changing of showrunners has made a drastic difference and that the series has actually been getting better and better. With half the group trapped in a cave at Alpha's mercy and Michonne's mystery journey with Virgil, there is a lot to look forward to in the upcoming
Season 10B.
Check out the clip for yourself in the tweet from AMC's
The Walking Dead Twitter account below, and make sure to watch the trailer for the second half of
Season 10 which will see the return of Lauren Cohan's Maggie and departure of Danai Gurira's Michonne/ Also, let us know your thoughts in the comments!
