AUSTIN BUTLER (“THE CARRIE DIARIES”) JOINS THE CAST AS CHASE; OLIVER DEALS WITH CARRIE CUTTER —

Oliver (Stephen Amell) must stop an Arrow-obsessed serial killer, Carrie Cutter (guest star Amy Gumenick), who is convinced that The Arrow is her one true love and will stop at nothing to get his attention. Unfortunately, her way of getting his attention is to kill people. Meanwhile, Ray (Brandon Routh) asks Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) to be his date for a work dinner with important clients. Thea (Willa Holland) auditions new DJs for Verdant and meets Chase (Austin Butler), a brash DJ with whom she immediately clashes.

Rob Hardy directed the episode written by Wendy Mericle & Beth Schwartz (#307).

Oliver was trained on the island and several years in Japan

Marilyn was trained who know how long by the League of Assassins

Sarah was trained by the League of Assassins for several years

Laurel has very limited training, and they showed how she got her Ass handed to her a couple of times.

Roy had some street fighting skills and he was shown to have athletic abilities and started training last season with Oliver.

Man that would have made the show exciting seeing Oliver run his company and create jobs........

Next week on Arrow, Oliver tackles his greatest foe yet bar graphs and spreadsheets!

Thea was shown in episode one with a bunch of trophies showing her athletic skills etc......

That being said it is a bit of a stretch but it a comic book show.
