Laurel (Katie Cassidy) must deal with the repercussions of taking Sara (guest star Caity Lotz) to Nanda Parbat. Meanwhile, Oliver (Stephen Amell) asks Captain Lance (Paul Blackthorne) for a favor and while he’s not surprised at the response, he is surprised at what he finds out next. Lexi Alexander directed the episode written by Beth Schwartz & Ben Sokolowski.

Good Episode. It's most likely Palmer trying to contact Felicity through her phone, and it's pretty obvious that Constantine is gonna help them get Sara's soul back.

I agree with IHateBoogers,

I think Palmer is trying to use the shrunken and destroyed suit to contact Felicity. I am also very impressed with how much Arrow has improved. Berlanti and Co. are definitely on a roll and hopefully Supergirl will be right up there with them quality wise around mid-season (the pilot is cool, but average).

I thought this episode was horrible.
100% predictable from start to finish, and nonsensical parts...like how did Double Down get into the hideout?

I really wanted to like this season.

I knew they would have to concoct a way were this couldn't be done again. But I didn't expect them to destroy the pit. But when they did, it seemed like it was a fateful moment caused by Laurel that seals someone's fate later on. Either Laurel or Thea was probably witnessing the moment the makes their death permanent. I would guess it will be Thea.

Afterward Oliver will feel he is the last of the Queens and then Connor will enter the picture early next season and be Oliver's only living relative. With Connor's mother possibly being a threat to Felicity.

Thea's death will of course really piss off Merlyn but will he blame Oliver or Darhk?

I like how the "secret floor" also has a not-so-secret staircase...that is apparently faster then the elevator as well. Other then that pretty cool episode.

@XxLIONHEARTxX It does have more quality than before, especially tonight. I think Wendy Mericle as exec producer has been a great move and might be making a huge difference. Guggenhack is still in there but I think he's not as involved as before. Sometimes a woman can be good for action or superhero type stuff. Of course most don't get it but the few that do, do pretty good. She has lots of experience in TV so they may have snagged a great find.

Anyone else think that Diggle might become Mr.Terrific. When his helmets visor went up today I realized it looks like a "T"and that they could use that helmet instead of the weird painted "T" the current version used. Because the guy they have as Mr. Terrific doesn't look to terrific he is a skinny nerd not the Olympic athlete the character should be. But I did like the "T" spheres they showed today, so maybe this guy makes Diggles stuff for him?
