DC TV: It's Time For An All Out War In Descriptions For ARROW, THE FLASH, And LEGENDS OF TOMORROW
The CW has released descriptions for the DC TV episodes that'll air during the week beginning May 16th, and as war comes to Central City in the form of Earth-2 meta-humans, the Legends' journey ends...
Thanks to The CW, we have a much better idea of what to expect in the penultimate episodes of Arrow and The Flash this year, and it sounds like the Scarlet Speedster will be going to war with an entire army of villains. Meanwhile, Green Arrow...well, that sounds pretty boring in comparison! The finale of Legends of Tomorrow definitely doesn't though, and it seems like big things are coming for the team.
THE FLASH - "Invincible"
KATIE CASSIDY GUEST STARS AS BLACK SIREN – After Zoom (guest star Teddy Sears) unleashes an army of Earth-2 meta-humans on Central City, Barry (Grant Gustin) is shaken when he sees their leader is the Black Canary’s Earth-2 doppelganger, the Black Siren (guest star Katie Cassidy). Meanwhile, Wally (Keiynan Lonsdale) takes to the streets to help The Flash stop the meta-humans, which worries Joe (Jesse L. Martin). Iris (Candice Patton) and Henry (guest star John Wesley Shipp) are concerned about Barry taking on Zoom. Jesse Warn directed the episode with story by Greg Berlanti & Andrew Kreisberg and teleplay by Brooke Roberts & David Kob.
ARROW - "Lost in the Flood"
OLIVER FIGHTS FOR THEA; DONNA SMOAK FACES OFF WITH NOAH KUTTLER – Following the shocking events in the previous episode, Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Diggle (David Ramsey) race to rescue Thea (Willa Holland), while Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards), Curtis (Echo Kellum) and Noah (guest star Tom Amandes) join together to stop Darhk (guest star Neal McDonough). Glen Winter directed the episode written by Brian Ford Sullivan & Oscar Balderrama.
LEGENDS OF TOMORROW - "Legendary"
THE FINAL BATTLE – After the numerous sacrifices the team has made since the beginning of this ride, Rip (Arthur Darvill) decides that it’s time they each decide their own destiny and returns them to Central City a few months after they first left. Returned to their normal lives, each team member must individually decide if they are willing to sacrifice everything in order to save the world. Meanwhile, Sara (Caity Lotz) visits with her father (guest star Paul Blackthorne) who delivers some heartbreaking news about her sister. Dermott Downs directed the episode with story by Greg Berlanti & Chris Fedak and teleplay by Phil Klemmer & Marc Guggenheim.
