Oliver Queen's life is about to get even more complicated, as none other than Talia al Ghul is making her way to Star City. The CW has announced that Lexa Doig (Stargate: SG-1, Continuum, V, Andromeda, and much more) has been cast in the role, and will make her debut in the tenth installment of the current season for a multiple episode arc.
This take on Talia is described as "worldly and cultured, an elite warrior who doesn’t pick sides but rather creates her own."
