Per Prof. Stein actor Victor Garber, Legends of Tomorrow fans will learn a lot more about the cryptic warning a future version (from the year 2056) of The Flash (Grant Gustin) left for Rip Hunter during the four-part crossover event kicking off next week. Does this mean The Flash's cryptic warning was about The Dominators? Heck, we don't even know what timeline that version of The Flash hails from. Well, Garber tells CBR that viewers should expect some revelations to during the epic, four-night INVASION! storyline.

"It sort of comes out in dribs and drabs. It’s a big mystery and a big deal. It’s a spoiler if I give you too much information, but it’s just part of the whole mystery of time travel and the fact that this is coming from Barry years later and then when he finds out — and that all happens in the crossover, so it just sort of unfolds as these things do on these shows, and lots of things occur in that time period."

It's likely that Barry's message will be revealed during the Legends of Tomorrow INVASION! episode, which airs next Thursday, December 01 at 8/7c on The CW.  Of course, things kick off this Monday, with Supergirl.

ALL FOR ONE AND ONE FOR ALL IN THIS CROSSOVER OF SUPERHEROES — After learning the Dominators’ plan for the world, the Legends must work together with The Flash (guest star Grant Gustin), Supergirl (guest star Melissa Benoist) and Green Arrow (guest star Stephen Amell) to kill them once and for all. Meanwhile, Stein (Victor Garber) figures out, with the help of others, how the team can terminate the Dominators, but is distracted by the aberration he realizes he created in 1987. Brandon Routh, Franz Drameh, Dominic Purcell, Maisie Richardson-Sellers, Nick Zano and Caity Lotz also star. Gregory Smith directed the episode written by Phil Klemmer & Marc Guggenheim.ALL FOR ONE AND ONE FOR ALL IN THIS CROSSOVER OF SUPERHEROES — After learning the Dominators’ plan for the world, the Legends must work together with The Flash (guest star Grant Gustin), Supergirl (guest star Melissa Benoist) and Green Arrow (guest star Stephen Amell) to kill them once and for all. Perhaps it's inevitable cancellation? With the rise of streaming services making excellent content. One has to wonder how long shows like this can last. Especially when people tend to wait for a season to pop on Netflix to binge watch.

Doesnt barry die in 2024? He sounds old in that message. So it must be by another timeline's version of the flash. This show is mediocre and has been [fricking] my mums and my brain. Btw Reverse Flash had so many opportunities to kill the legends. It's just confusing as [frick]. And if they know that they are dealing with an evil speedster, why wont they just dial up Barry? Someone care to explain to help me and my mum not getting [fricked] by the stupidity of these shows?

@MeAreLegend - Literally everything in every show can be solved by calling up Barry. But its a comic book show. Get over it.
