Jon Snow has been named King in the North after defeating Ramsay Bolton in the Battle of the Bastards and returning Winterfell to House Stark. In King's Landing, Cersei Lannister has seized the Iron Throne by incinerating the High Sparrow, his followers and her rivals in the Sept of Baelor. But as old alliances fracture and new ones emerge, an army of dead men marches on the Wall, threatening to end the game of thrones forever.

An original series based on George R.R. Martin's best-selling 'A Song of Ice and Fire' series.

@Dart - Im emotional. Why doesn't HBO have this in theaters on IMAX???

JoeInTheBox - 3/5/2019, 9:03 AM
@krayzeman - Same reason Netflix would prefer not to have their movies in theaters. To keep subscribers watching their own service.

@JoeInTheBox - it would be awesome if they put the finale in theaters for a weekend after a month or so after it airs on HBO just for fans.

@Dart - I would hope they do something like that, even as a Fathom event for one or two nights. Same with the Sopranos movie.

@TheLight - we dont speak of "them" anymore lol

I'm a bit of a YouTube reactor whore. Literally daily I'm checking out hours of content. My favorites are Reel Rejects, Tyrone Magnus, The Cyber Nerds, Akasan, Struggle Nation, Mackey Fam Reacts, Hyper Rpg and Blind Wave.

And that's just reaction channels. I also love review channels like obviously Grace Randolph, Chris Stuckman, Angry Joe, Old Channel Awesome stuff, The Angry Video Game Nerd, Jenny Nicholson (my nerd crush), and Red Letter Media.

Shit and all those are the tip of the iceberg. I spend a lot of time on YouTube everyday lol and on here.

I'm kinda pathetic... or I just have great taste if you are also pathetic lol

Great trailer. I finally have something on TV to look forward to. I finished True Detective season 3 last night. Not as good as the first season, but infinitely better than the second season.

@blackandyellow - Yeah, that ending was a little underwhelming, but still great acting and tense build up throughout the season.

Love it, Arya giving it all the Billy big balls, waving her dagger and then footage of her running in terror is brilliant

It looks pretty sweet, but quite predictable. From this it looks like everyone will band together to stop the White Walkers in the North, except for Cersei and Jaimi, but Jaimi will probably betray Cersei and take an army to the North. And Jaimi and his army is probably just enough to save the rest at Winterfell

No matter if it will go like that, I will definitely watch this in what already is an epic month with Shazam and Endgame

@MalseMarcel - Jaime has already left King's Landing, by himself, and is shown in the trailer fighting at Winterfell. He'll be there with everyone else when the White Walkers arrive.

Cersei looks more confident than ever. We know that Tyrion told her something we haven't seen.
Is that a betrayal I'm smelling?
CaptCoulson
CaptCoulson - 3/5/2019, 11:18 AM
@WakandanQueen - yeah I'm torn on this. It was clearly very much by design we didn't see the end of Tyrion & Cersei's conversation, and what finally convinced her to come back (even though she really wasn't, as demonstrated by her and Jaime's last scene). The most common theory I've seen is that Tyrion, under the assumption at the time that Dany can't have any more kids, he promises her that her unborn child will get the throne after Dany dies. I mean, even if this was done with the caveat that the unborn child wouldn't be allowed to use the Lannister name, that to the greater outside world maybe they'd pretend it was Dany's child, but still, obviously eventually Tyrion would have to tell Dany this is the deal he tried to strike. There's no way in hell that Dany would agree to go along with it, and Cersei's smart enough to know that, even if Tyrion was trying to be genuine in offering the deal at first, Cersei would know Dany would never agree to it.
